The Seven Hermetic Principles from The Kyballion
I. THE PRINCIPLE OF MENTALISM.
“THE ALL is MIND; The Universe is Mental.” – The Kybalion.
II. THE PRINCIPLE OF CORRESPONDENCE.
“As above, so below; as below, so above.” – The Kybalion
III. THE PRINCIPLE OF VIBRATION.
“Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.” – The Kybalion.
IV. THE PRINCIPLE OF POLARITY.
“Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.” – The Kybalion.
V. THE PRINCIPLE OF RHYTHM.
“Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in
everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.” – The Kybalion.
VI. THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUSE AND EFFECT.
“Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause; everything happens according to Law; Chance is but
a name for Law not recognized; there are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the Law.” – The Kybalion.
VII. THE PRINCIPLE OF GENDER.
“Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine and Feminine Principles; Gender manifests on all planes.” – The Kybalion.
When my reality makes giant strides forward, this has usually been the catalyst. What is this life…?!
A meta-poem. An emotional synthesis of lyric and energy; a micro journey into my heart. Consider it a mix-tape to the universe, and a prayer to never stop finding love.
“Perhaps the greatest faculty our minds possess is the ability to cope with pain. Classic thinking teaches us the four doors of the mind, which everyone moves through according to their need.
First is the door of sleep. Sleep offers us a retreat from the world and all its pain. Sleep marks passing time, giving us distance from the things that have hurt us…This is the mind’s way of protecting itself from pain by stepping through the first door.
Second is the door of forgetting. Some wounds are too deep to heal, or too deep to heal quickly. In addition, many memories are simply painful, and there is no healing to be done. The saying ‘time heals all wounds’ is false. Time heals most wounds. The rest are hidden behind this door.
Third is the door of madness. There are times when the mind is dealt such a blow it hides itself in insanity. While this may not seem beneficial, it is. There are times when reality is nothing but pain, and to escape that pain the mind must leave reality behind.
Last is the door of death. The final resort. Nothing can hurt us after we are dead, or so we have been told.”

DMT is good like that.
The patterns you see all around you are self-generated.
Just like a Mandelbrot set, they will repeat themselves over and over, and you will find reflections of the whole deep within its intricate patterns. But, change just one teensy part of it and the whole thing changes in sync!
This is the holographic reality of life.
Everything you experience is trying to show you who you are and what you put out.
If you don’t like the patterns you see, ask yourself questions and find out where that dislike comes from, and what made it that way in the first place.
Take a good long look at those answers with all of this in mind and ask yourself if you still want to keep those old patterns. If you don’t, great! You’re on your way.
If the thought of changing those patterns scares you for whatever reason though, then keep going! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with feeling that way, but don’t let yourself believe it. Just keep asking questions, and stay aware of your emotions. They will show you the real answers. If those changes seem insurmountable, too hard, too big to tackle…just remember how patterns work.
It’s simply a set of repeated data that exhibits a certain quality.
Just like the Mandelbrot set, change one part and the whole pattern changes in sync, because patterns and data must agree! But you cannot simply plot them all at the same time, graphs just don’t work that way!! ;)
To start a new pattern, choose to create a new, different data point, and then do it again and again, until a new pattern emerges. *Be intentional*, and don’t judge yourself poorly for falling down. Just get back up and make another data point!
You alone have the power to write your own pattern. Don’t think about how, you don’t need to do that. Simply see in your mind what you want to do, and then do it! Of course you might not get it perfectly the first, second, or third tries, who can? Practice makes perfect, as they say. No one can tell you how to do, you simply do. You know how to use your muscles! Act!
Before you know it, you’ll have changed yourself to reflect the things you love!
Be well. <3 :)
